The New LeanJet® RB-1 Cleaning System uses a patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, ultrasonics, and heated blow-off drying. The patented "triple action" batch cleaning process was developed specifically to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages and complex geometries, making this system capable of meeting critical cleaning expectations. . The new RB-1 has many enhancements for easy maintenance such as larger access doors, larger tank access lids, bolt on air knife and more. The new LeanJet RB-1 Gen 3 parts washer also features the latest Siemens programmable controller and operator interface screen.

- The New Lean-Jet® RT-12 robotically tended cellular parts washer this cellular washer is available with various configurations offering not only the ability to wash and dry your parts but also rinsing or part cooling if necessary. The RT-12 accommodates a wide range of part sizes, weights and geometries and will produce up to one part, or table of parts, every 30 seconds depending on the application. The new generation Lean-Jet RT-12 is available with a Siemens PLC and HMI package.

The Lean-Jet RB-8 parts washer cleans using our patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, sprays impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, and heated blow-off drying. Cleaning Technologies Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Mills to the position of Ransohoff National Sales Manager effective December 2014. In his new role, Jeff will assume responsibility for Ransohoff new machine and rebuild sales along with coaching and mentoring the team to not only expand on our successes in the automotive market but to penetrate other growing industrial markets throughout the US. Jeff will also maintain his current responsibilities with our chemical business. Jeff has been with Ransohoff since October 1997 serving in different positions from Product Engineer, Purchasing Manager and the most recent position as a Regional Sales Manager. In the Regional Sales Manager position Jeff has set the bar for the team over the years with his significant contributions to both our top and bottom lines. In 2013 he set a new company record for new machine business. “Jeff is a model sales manager and his ability to quickly develop lasting relationships with new customers never ceases to impress me” - Chris Whittaker, VP of Sales & Marketing CTG, LLC. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
