The New Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics Modular Aquarius® Cleaning System is an innovation in aqueous parts cleaning, offering a modular plug & play configuration Multi-Tank Cleaning System. The Modular Aquarius is characterized by individual modules that can easily be integrated together to offer maximum flexibility to the end user. Standard wash and rinse stages can be mated to provide exactly the cleaning system required for today’s application. The Modular Aquarius comes standard with three frequencies 40, 72, 104 kHz in each tank, Siemens controller, automated hoist transfer system and much more. Additional modules can be added at any time allowing for future expandability.

Visitors to Cleaning Technologies Group Booth 2342 will be introduced to a number of new products, technologies and services. Among the new technologies exhibited at the show will be: 
- Multi- Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning System is an ultrasonic cleaning system made of all stainless steel construction. The Multi-Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning System is great for cleaning small parts on an intermittent to semi-production basis but is not recommended for high volume cleaning. These tanks are available for use with single or multi-frequency generators. Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics is a recognized leader in ultrasonic generator technology. Starting with the introduction of sweeping frequency in 1988, there has been a continuous stream of development and patents covering new ultrasonic generator and transducer technology from Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics.

• Aquarius™ Ultrasonic Parts Washer Cleaning System The Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics line of Multi-Tank Cleaning Systems offer multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning capability in a unitized system. Process steps typically include ultrasonic cleaning, single or multiple stage rinsing and, finally, drying using recirculated hot air. Each tank can come with the optional patented Multi-frequency ultrasonic technology giving up to 7 frequencies per tank. Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics offers a standard line of pre-engineered products as well as custom-engineered systems to satisfy a wide range of cleaning needs. Automated transfer of workloads up to 90.7 Kg is provided by robotic arm type material handling systems.
